       thousand four hundred & seven p.ds thirteen
       shill & seven pence for the Duties and Customes
       of severall Goods & Merchandizes by him
       Imported And Whereas the s.d Marg.t &
       Joseph Browne being willing and Intended for
       the More Effectuall securing the payment
       thereof to assigne over and confirme unto the s.d
       Maurice Birchfield R.d Bennett & Joseph
       Browne for the ^use &^ purposes herein after
       menconed all & every the Debts & sums of
       Money due and Owing to the Estate of the s.d
       Peregrin Browne herein after perticularly
       Named and Expressed am.ting in all to the
       sum of three thousand three hundred ninety
       six p.ds Eleven Shill and seven pence (that is to say)
       sundry Debts by Bills of Exchange or otherwise
       now remaining in the hands of the Executor or
       Executors of the Late R.d Smith Esq.r of
       Maryland Deced am.ting togeather
