173 the s.d Rich.d Smith is Acknowledged in an account stated between Joseph Brown and the said R.d hath and signed by them both am.ting in all to the sum of one hundred ninety nine pounds fourteen shillings and four pence As alsoe sundry Debts ariseing by ballences of accounts as they stand in the books of the said Peregrine ^Brown^ coppys whereof are legally attested by M.r John Nottingham & M.r London Damiell formerly Book Keepers to the s.d Peregrine Browne (that is to say) from Mathias Vanderhyden £ 44 17 1 from W.m Frisby sen.r 69 19 10½ from Rich.d Johns £ 11 9 7 from Henry Ward £ 16 2 9½ from Tho.s Frisby £ 50 1 9½ from the Estate of Tho.s Robinson deced 247 18 0½ till which severall sums owing from the respective psons above menconed Liveing in the Province of Maryland aforesaid make together in the whole y.e sum of four hundred thirty pounds nine shill & one penny farthing half peny as alsoe severall other bills of Exchange Owing to the said Peregrine Browne at present in the hands of the said Rich.d Bennett Esq.r of the afd Province of Maryland (that is to say) John Easterlings bill of Exch.a for £ 5 18 Thomas Kings bill of Exch.a for £ 15 0 0 Daniel Phillips bill of Exchange for (25) |
