       Tripartite made the thirteenth day of
       Aprill Anno Dom 1716 and in the second year of y.e
       Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the
       Grace of God King of Great Brittain France
       and Ireland Defender of the faith &c Between
       Margarett Browne of S.t Dunstans Stepney widdow
       Relict and Exx of the Last will & Testament of
       Peregrine Browne late of London Merchant deced
       & Joseph Browne Eldest Son of the s.d Peregrine &
       Margarett Browne of the first part Henry
       Ferne Esq.r Receiver Generall & Cashier of
       his Majesties Customes at thee Port of London
       On the Second Part And Maurice
       Birchfeild Esq.r Surveyor Generall
       of the Southern Continent of America
       Rich.d Bennett Esq.r of the Province
       of Maryland & the s.d Joseph Brown being
       Psons Nominated & appointed by all of them the s.d
       Marg.t and Joseph Browne & the s.d Henry Ferne
       in Trust and for the Purposes hereafter
       Menconed on the Third Part Whereas
       the s.d Peregrine Browne in his Lifetime
