(170) Browne shall and will from time to time and ^at^ all times hereafter give unto the said Henry Ferne his Ex.rs and assignes for the use and purpose as afd a true perticular and just acc.t of the Debts Effects goods and Merchandizes hereby assigned as I shall from time to time be Enabled so to Doe In Wittness whereof I the s.d Peregrine Browne have hereunto sett my hand and sale this Nineteenth day of June in the Eleventh year of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France & Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &c Annoq Dom 1712 Henry Fern (seal) On the back of the aforegoing Instrument was Thus Endorst Viz.t Sealed & Delivered being first Duly Stampt Psuant to the severall acts of parlyment in the presence of Marg.t Browne Jn.s Hodder Recorded 29.th of Nov.r 1720 (This) |
