       Recovery of all or any the s.d Tob.os or Other
       goods & Merchandizes Bills of Exchange and
       Other Sumes of Money w.tsoever for me & in my
       Name as fully Largely & amply in every
       respect for the purposes af.d as I my self
       Could Doe were I psonally psent Ratifying
       & Confirming all and w.tsoever my s.d Att.rny
       shall Lawfully doe or cause to be done in
       or ab.t the Execution of the premisses for
       the purposes afd by Virtue of these psents
       And Lastly I The s.d Peregrine Browne
       for my self my heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doe herby
       Covenant Promise and Grant to & w.th the s.d
       Henry Ferne his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes that
       I the s.d Peregrine Browne shall & will from
       time to time and all times hereafter doe &
       Execute or Cause or suffer to ^be^ made done or
       Executed all & Every such further Lawfull
       & reasonable acts and acts things for the better
       recovery of the severall Debts Bills goods
       Merch.tdizes & Premisses herein before specifyed
       & alsoe shall and will from time to time
       Deliver or Cause to be Delivered unto him the
       s.d Henry Ferne or his assignes for the use and
       purposes afd all such bills of Ladeing Invoyces
       or Other Instruments for the goods Debts
       Effects & Premisses hereby assigned or
       Intended to be Assigned as they shall come
       to the hands custody or power of me the said
       Peregrine Browne and that I the s.d Peregrine
