(144) my name as fully Largly & Amply in Every respect for the purposes ^afd^ as I my self could doe were I psonally present Ratifying and Confirming all and w.tsoever my s.d Attorney shall Lawfully doe or cause to be don in or about the pmisses execution of the premisses for the purposes aforesaid In Wittness whereof I the s.d Henry Ferne have hereunto sett my hand & seale this fourth day of Aprill in the twelfth year of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God over Great Brittaine France and Ireland Queen defender of the faith &c.a And in the year of Lord one thousand seven hundred & twenty ^thirteen^ Henry Fern (seale) ON the back of the aforegoing Instrument was thus writt Viz.t Sealed & Delivered being first Duly stampt in the presence of Edw.d Jones James Hodder M Gruchy Notary Publick 1713 (To) |
