       All Debts and Sums of Money Owing to him the said
       Perregrine Brown from any pson or psons whatsoever
       in part beyond the seas in as full & ample and
       benificiall mannor to all intents & purposes as in &
       by the said Deed of bargaine and sale and Lett.r of Att.rny
       and the authority thereby Giveing and Granted
       unto me I may can or might Do In Trust
       Nevertheless to and for the use of her Majestie her
       heirs and successors for the purposes aforesaid
       And I the s.d Henry Ferne do hereby odaine
       and make and in my steed and Place constitute
       and appoint the s.d Maurice Birchfield to be my
       True and Lawfull Attorney for me & in my Name
