       being thereunto ^had^ may appeare more plainly and
       at Large appear a true Coppy whereof Is herunto
       annexed   Now Know all men by
       these Presents that I the s.d Henry Ferne
       for the speedier & more Recovery of the said
       Debt and Effects of the s.d Peregrine Browne
       now in the parts beyound the seas I the said
       Henry Fern in consideration of the sume of
       Five shill to me in hand paid At and before
       the Ensealeing & Delivery of these presents by
       Maurice Birchfield Esq Surveyor Generall
       of her Majesties Customes in the Nothern
       District on the Continent of America
       Have Granted bargained Assigned &
       sett over and by these presents do absolutely
       Grant bargaine sell assigne & sett over unto
       the s.d Maurice Birchfield his ex.rs adm.rs &
       assignes as well the said deed of bargaine
       & sale and Lett.r of Attorney as alsoe all and
       singular the s.d five hundred hoggsheads of
       tob.o Debts and Other Effects Mortgages
       bonds notes Bills of Exchange ^Bills^ of Ladeing
       Invoyces & Other securities for the said Severall
       Debts & Effects belonging to him the s.d Peregrine
       Browne now in the parts beyond the seas or
       on ship board bound for the Kingdom
