       of Leading Invoyces or other papers Relateing to the
       said five hundred hoggsheads of tob.o or any part or
       parcell thereof  To have and to hold the s.d five
       hundred hoggsheads of tob.o Debts & Other Effects Mortgages
       bonds Notes Bills of Exchange Invoyces and Other
       Securities for the s.d Severall Debts & Effects or any
       Part or Percell thereof unto the said Henry Fern his
       Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes In Trust for the use of her
       Majestie her heirs and successors  And upon
       the Trust and Confidence Likewise that the said
       Henry Fern his Ex.rs Adm.rs should from time to
       time take possession of all the s.d Perregrine Browns
       five hundred hh.ds of tob.o Debts & Effects Mortgages
       Notes bills of Exchange Bills of Loading Invoyces
       and all other securities whatsoever for the same
       upon their arrivall into this Kingdom and all Moneys
       owing unto him as af.d And after the Payment
       of her Majesties Duties thereon Due should Dispose
       of The same to be best advantage & apply the
       produce thereof towards Discharge of the s.d bonds and
       the Monies thereon due to her Majestie as afores.d
       And the said Peregrine Browne in & by the said
       Deed poll & bargaine and sale did give unto the said
       Henry Ferne full Power and Authority in the Pmisses
       giving thereby Constituting and Ordaining him the
       s.d Henry Ferne his true & Lawfull Attorney
       Irrevocably In trust and for the purposes af.d as in
       and by the said Bargaine and sale relation
