       ab.ts besides severall Great Quantyties of
       Tob.o which was then shortly Expected to
       arrive into this Kingdom of Great Brittaine
       from Virginia or Maryland And Whereas
       the s.d Pregrine Browne for the speediar
       payment & satisfaction of the said Debt
       of five thousand seven hundred eighty five
       p.ds & twelve shill & five pence half
       penney & for other considerations therein
       Menconed Did by the s.d deed poll Grant
       Bargaine sell Assigne and sett over
       unto Henry Fern Esq.r Receiver Generall
       & Casheir of her Majesties Customes his
       Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes In Trust and for the
       use of her Majestie her heirs & successors all
       those his five hundred hoggsheads of tobacco
       then in Maryland and them shortly expected  
       into Great Brittain And alsoe all and singular
       those his said Debts due from Divers psons in
       Maryland or else wherein parts beyond the     
       seas together w.th all such Mortgages bonds
       Notes Bills of Exchange or Other surities
       for the said severall and respective Debts
       which he the said Peregrine Browne then
       had or could come by ^or^ which hereafter
       he should or might obtaine for the said Debts
       or either of them respectively &^ alsoe of all bills
