(14) DeRaley John Dunton W.m Milcham Tho.s Elmore Thomazin Elby Ursula Stollard Sara Suggs W.m Harris alias Withers William Wood Edward Dumbrell Isaac Plummer John Hugley & Richard Haley be and they hereby are sev.ll conveyed & made over to & to the use of the said Jonathan Forward And his assignes for the said respective [illegible] And Whereas Richard Seagar being heretofore attained of felony & such treason hath now pleaded his Majesties most gracious pardon for the same baring Date the twenty eighth day of Fabruary last upon condicon of Transportacon to some part of America or the Indies inhabited by his Majesties subjects thereto remaine for the space of seven years & Give ^me^ Good security within nine Months after the Date of y.e said Parden effectually to performe such Transportacon & the said Jonathan Forward haveing given such security It is thereupon ordered Psuant to the s.d Parden that the said Richard Suggar be delivered to the said Jonathan Forward to be transported accordingly Si Michel Cl Assiar & Genl Goal Delibar &c.a P Com p.rd &c Peirsey Lowdon being ordered by his Majesty to be pardoned is not to be transported S M Record Sept.r 9.th 1719 |
