       Whereas at this present Goale Delivery Richard
       Tedder Michael Smith John Michel John Browne & Joseph
       Alexander ^als Clarke^ are convict of severall Larcenys for which they
       are lyable ^to^ of burning in the hand & in steed of being so
       punished are ordered by this court psuant to the late
       act of parlem.t for further preventing Robery &c.a
       and more effectuall transportacon of felons &c to be transported to some of his Majtys
       colonies & plantations in Merica for the space of seven years
       & whereas his Maj.ty hath been pleased to extend his royall
       Mercey (signifyed by the Right Honourable John Craggs
       Esq.r one of his Maj.tys principall Secretaries of State)
       to Thomas Garret John Baker & W.m Holliway who are
       attended attended of severall felonies for which they are
       excluded the benifit of clergy upon condicon of Transportation
       to some of his Majesties s.d Colonies & Plantations in
       America it is thereupon ordered by this court that
       the said Tho.s Garret John Baker & William Hollaway
       be tranceported accordingly as soon as conveniently
       may be for the space of fourteen years persuant to
       the said act & Simon Michell Esq.r Lancelott Baugh & Rich.d
       Hutton or any two of them are appointed by this court
