       of severall felonies Roberys & burglaries for w.ch
       they are excluded the benifitt of clergy upon condicon
       of transportation to some of His Majesties Colonies
       & Plantations in America it is thereupon orderd
       by this court that the said James Holemstead John
       Duaton William Milcham Tho.s Elmore Thomasin Elby
       Ursula Stollard Sarah Suggs William Harris als Withers
       W.m Hood Edward Dumbrell Isaac Plumer John Hughes
       & Richard Haley be transported accordingly so soon as
       conveniently may be all the persons last menconed
       except the said Rich.d Haley for the space of three
       fourteen years & the said Richard Haley for the space of three
       years pursuant To the said act & Simon Michell
       Esq.r Lancelett Baugh & Richard Hutton or any two
       of them are appointed by this court to contract for the
       transportation of the severall psons aforesaid w.th
       any pson willing to under take the same And
       Jonathan Forward of London Merchant haveing
       contracted & agreed with the said Simon Michel & Lanc.tt
       Baugh & Given security to the satisfacon of this
       court efectually to performe such transportation It is
       thereupon further ordered by this court that the said
