                      Instrument was thus Written Viz.t

       M.dm   That this Day to witt the 2.d day of Novemb.r
       1730 Came before us under Written Two of his Lordships
       Justices for Baltemore County  Thomas Richardson
       And Acknowledged the w.thin Menconed Deed And that
       the Right thereof as by the w.thin Menconed is free of
       his grant the right & Property of Hezekiah Clerk
       his heirs and assignes for ever according to act of
       assembly in that case made and provided
