       in London by royal Authority duly Admitted &
       Sworn and in the presence of the Wittnesses hereafter
       Named Psonally appeared William Mathew Esq.r
       Leiu.t Generall of his Majesties Leward Caribbe Islands
       at present in London who Declared to have made
       Ordained and Constituted and by these presents doth
       make Ordaine & Constitute Rich.d Bennett
       & Thomas Bordley of Maryland & Mansel Frank
       of S.t Christophers Esq.rs or one of them his True
       and Lawfull Att.rny or Attorneys in Maryland Giveing
       & by these presents granting unto his s.d attorneys & to
       each of them joyntly and severally full power & Lawfull
       authority for him the s.d constituant in his name & to
       his use to ask Demand Levey sue for & by all
       Lawfull ways and means recover and Receive of and from
       all and every pson or psons whom it shall & or may
       concern all and every such Sum and Sums of money
       Goods wares Merchandises Effects Estate & things
       w.tsoever which any pson or psons now doth or do or
       or shall hereafter owe or stand Indebted or hath
       or have In his their or any of their Hands Custody
       or Possession to him the said constituant due owing
       Bellonging or in anywise Appertaining whether by
       Bond note Bill Book debt account consignm.t
       or for or by what other Reason or means soever
       nothing Excepted nor Reserved and to that end
