       all accounts and the Ballence thereof to receive
       upon Recoveries & Receipts to give one or more
       Recoveries Acquittances or Other Sufficient
       Discharges in due forme of Law but in case
       of refusall or Delay by any pson or persons
       whome it shall or may concern to make
       & Render just and true account and payment &
       satisfaction in the premisses him or them thereunto
       to compell by all Lawfull ways or means
       w.tsoever also to manage Direct & Order his y.e
       said appearers Real & Psonall Estate in
       Maryland & to sell & Dispose of the same
       & Receive the produce & proceed thereof and
       to Remitt the same to England or else
       where accord to the Direction they shall from
       time to time receive in writeing from him the
       said appearer also to pay all such Debts as
       Shall be owing by him the s.d constituant to any
       person or persons whatsoever or such of them as
       the s.d att.rnys or either of them shall think fitt
       also to make do signe and pass all such Acts

       all Lords Judges and Justices in any court
