             Maryland Octob.r 19.th 1720  Then Came the
       within Named Henry Lowe Before me the
       subscriber being one of His ^Lordships^ Justices of the
       Provinciall Court and Acknowledged the within
       Deed w.th the Land & Pmisses therein contained
       to be the Right of the w.thin Named Menconed
       Bennett Lowe according to Law
             Taken & Acknowledged before me
                                        Rich.d Tilghman
       Received of Bennett Lowe the sume of six
       hundred pounds sterling it being the consideration
       Money for the w.thin Menconed Lands I say received
       this               day of               Annoq Dom 1720
