       Lowe his heirs & Assignes & every of them shall
       by Vertue of these psents at all times for ever hereafter
       Lawfull and Quietly have hold occupie & enjoye
       all & singular the Granted pmisses & have receive
       & Take the Rents Issues & Proffitts thereof to his &
       their proper use & behoof for ever w.thout any Lett
       Suit or Disturbance of them the s.d Henry Lowe &
       Mary his wife their heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes or
       any other pson w.tsoever claiming under them or ^any of them^
       And further the s.d Henry Lowe & Mary his wife
       do for themselves their heirs ex.rs & adm.rs covenant
       Promise & Agree to & w.th the s.d Bennett Lowe his
       his heirs & Assignes P.d these presents that they
       the s.d Henry Lowe & Mary his wife their heirs
       ex.rs adm.rs & Assignes shall & will at all times
       hereafter at the request & charges in the Law of him
       the s.d Bennett Lowe his heirs & assignes make or cause
       to be made all & ^every such^ other act & acts in the Law w.tsoever
       for the more pfect shurety & shuremakeing the hereby
       granted premisses w.th every of their appurtinances
       unto the s.d Bennett Lowe his heirs & assignes or by his or
       their Councill Learned in the Law shall reasonably
       be devised advised or required In Wittness whereof
       the parties above to these psents have put their
       hands & seales the day & year first above written
