       seven years And Whereas at the ^General^ Goal Delivery
       held for the said county the fifth day of August
       last George Williams Thomas Randall Tho.s Bursfeild
       & John Barber were convicted of severall
       Larcenies for which they were lyable to Burning
       in the hand & in stead of being so punished were
       then ordered by the court persuant to the said act
       to be transported to some of his Majesties said
       colonies & plantacons in america for the space of
       seven years & Jacob Binks Abigall Green William
       Yeo Tho.s Harmen William Parrimore Thomas
       Snagg John Ford W.m Hambleton Rich.d Jones &
       James Thomas being now convicted of severall
       Larcenies for which they are lyable to burning
       in the hand or whipping are instead of being so
       punished Adjudged & Ordered by this court
       Psuant to the said act to be transported to some
       of his said Majesties Colonies & plantacons
       in America for y.e like space of seven years
       & whereas his Majesty hath been pleased to
       extend his royall mercy (signifyed by the Right
       Honourable John Craggs Esq.r One of his Majesties
       Principall Secretaries of State) to James Holmstead
       Jaqes Daryell als DeRileys John Duaton W.m
       William Milcham Tho.s Elmore Thomarin Elby
       Ursula Stoolard Sara Suaggs W.m Harris als
       Withers W.m Wood Edward Dumbrell Isac Plumer
