       Whereas at a Generall Goal Delivery held for this
       County of Surr is the twenty sixth day of March in the
       fourth year of his presents Maj.ties Reigne William
       Susanna Noble Richard person pairsen Lowden Richard
       Robinson John Hest Jonathan Brinley Elizabeth Eley Arthur
       Dickerson & John Harker were convicted of sev.ll Larcenies
       for which they were lyable to burning in the hand or whipping
       & insteed of being so punished were then ordered
       by the court persuant to the late act of parlement for
       further preventing Robery &c & more effectuall transportacon
       of felons &c to be transported to some of His Majesties
       Colonies & Plantacons in America for the space of seven
       years And whereas at the Generall Goal Delivery held for
       the said county the fifth day of August las George
       Williams Tho.s Randall Thomas Bursfeild & John Barber
       were convicted of severall Larcenies for which they were
       lyable to burning in the hand & instead of being so punished
       were then ordered by the court persuant to the said
       act to be transported to some of his Majesties said
       Colonies & Plantacons in America for the space of
