       Pollard of Dorchester County for the good will
       and trust I put in my well beloved friend
       R.d Hopewell in S.t Maries County I
       do hereby Constitute and Appoint you Rich.d
       Hopewell to be my True and Lawfull Att.rny
       for me and in my Name to Make Over a
       certain Tract of Land in S.t Maries Co.ty
       called Deptford unto Charles King and his
