       shall and may from time to time and at all
       times for ever hereafter have hold and enjoy the
       Premisses w.th the appurtenances without any
       Mollestation or disturbance whatsoever and that
       the same and every part and parcell thereof shall
       be by the said Charles Somersett Smith his heirs
       ex.rs and adm.rs at all times hereafter to him y.e
       said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assignes well
       and sufficiently warranted and defended ag.t all
       Persons Claims Titles Charges and Incumbrances
       whatsoever The rents ad services hereafter to
       grow due to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee
       only excepted and foreprized And Lastly that
       he the said Charles Somersett Smith shall and
       will at any time within seven years from the
       date hereof at the proper Cost and Charge of y.e
       said Daniel Dulany his heirs or assignes or his
       execute any further or other deed Instrument or
       Conveyance then shall be reasonably advised
       devised or required by the said Dan.l Dulany his
       heirs or assignes or his or their Council Learned
       in the Law   In Wittness whereof the said Charles
       Somersett Smith hath hereunto set his hand and
       seale the day and year first above written
