103) Hath bargained sold made over and confirmed and by these presents Doth bargain sell make over and confirm unto the said Daniel Dulany the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land called the Remaines of my Lords Gracious grant with all buildings improvements profitts comodities and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining or deemed reputed or taken as Part or Parcell of the said tract of Land To have & to hold the said tract or Parcell of Land and premisses with the appurtenances to him the said Daniel his heirs and assignes for ever And the said Charles Somersett Smith for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doth Covenant Promise and agree to and w.th the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assigns that y.e said tract of Land Doth contain with the Bounds thereof Five thousand acres at ^the^ least and that the same is actually free and clear from all rents arrearages of Rents Mortgages Sales and other Incumbrances whatsoever And that he the said Charles Somersett Smith at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents is thereof and of every part and parcell thereof seized in his Demesn as of fee and the same Charles Somersett Smith for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doth further covenant and agree to and w.th the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assignes that he and they shall |
