101) This Indenture made the seventeenth day of Feb.ry in the fourth year of the Dom.n of Charles Lord and Prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a and in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Nineteen Between Charles Som.rsett Smith of Charles County Gentl of the one part and Daniel Dulany of Prince Georges County Gent of the other part Whereas Richard Smith late of Calvert County Esq.r deced by his Last will and Testament in writing and executed and proved gave and devised to the said Charles in fee simple a tract or parcell of Land lyeing on Chester River in Kent County called the Remainer of my Lords Gracious grant Beginning at a markt Oak seven hundred and twenty perches North east from a bounded Oak at Daniel Foas's Landing Thence North fifty five degrees east two hundred and forty four perches to the Northeastermost Corner of a peice of Land laid out for four hundred acres said to be Rob.t Smiths and with that land south east one hundred and eighty eight perches till it Intersects the west Line of a peice of Land called Honest dealing which contains four hundred acres and w.th that Land east one hundred and fifty eight perches to the North East Corner of the said Land called Honest dealing Thence south with the said Land two hundred perches to and over (the) |
