       upon the Holy Evangelists of Allmighty God before us
       then and there solemnly declare Testify and Depose to be true
       That he was present and did see S.r Walter Yonge S.r
       Matthew Dudley S.r John Stanley John Pulteney Thomas
       Walker and S.r Charles Peers by the Names and Additions
       of S.r Walter Yonge Baronet S.r Mathew Dudley Baronet
       S.r John Stanley Baronet John Pulteney Esq.r
       Thomas Walker Esq.r and S.r Charles Peers Knight
       Commissioners appointed for Management of his
       Majesties Customs Sign and as their Act and deed deliver
       the Parchment Letter of Attorney now Exhibited
       bearing date the twenty ninth day of this Instant
       Aprill for the Uses and purposes therein mentioned
       and contained; And further the said Deponent
       saith That he likewise saw the Publick seal of
       the office of them the said commissioners Put and
       Affixed to the said Letter of Attorney; And Lastly saith
       That as a Wittness to the signing Delivery and sealing
       of the said Letter of Attorney he did write and
       endorse his Name thereon as thereby it doth and
       May appear
                            In Faith and Testimony whereof
                            We the said Lord Mayor and Aldermen
                            have caused the seal of the Office of
                            Mayoralty of the said City of London
                            to be hereunto Put and affixed And
   the seal of          the said Letter of Attorney to be
   the office of       hereunto annexed.  Dated in London
   Mayoralty         the thirtieth day fo Aprill Anno
   of y.e City of     Domini 1717 and in the third Year
      Londone        of the Reign of our sovereign Lord
