x.d  Maryland fs.t
                                                         This Indenture made the twenty
       seventh day of march Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred &
       twelve Between Hugh Riley of Prince Georges County Gentl
       of the one part and James Heath of Queen Anne County
       Gentl of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Hugh Riley
       for and in Consideration of the sum of twenty six pounds nine
       shil and nine pence ster mony of Great Brittaine to him
       in hand paid at & before the ensealing and Delivery of
       these presents the receipt w.rof he doth hereby acknowledge
       and of all and every part thereof doth hereby acquitt
       and discharge the said James Heath his heires ex.rs adm.rs
       and assignes hath given granted bargained sold enfeoffed
       and Confirmed & by these presents doth give grant bargain sell Enfeoff
       and Confirme unto the said James his heires under
       and assignes all that parcell of Land Containing one hundred ninety
       and five acres of Land being the said Hugh Riley his Remaining
       part of a tract of Land Called Newfound land lying in y.e s.d
       County of Prince Georges the whole tract Cont.a three hundred forty
       and five acres and was granted to the said Hugh Riley the
       first day of Aprill one thousand seven hundred & two togeather
       with all houses woods Timber trees proffitts Waters ways &
       Hereditam.ts to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
       And all the Estate Right title Intrest property Claim and
       demand of him the said Hugh Riley his heires and assignes
       out of in and & into the premises and every part thereof
       To have and to hold the said parcell of Land Containing
       one hundred ninty five acres part of the s.d Tract Called Newfound
       land Togeather with all hereditaments to the same belonging
       and all & every the Premises unto the said James
