       ex.rs administrators and assignes for ever And the said Thomas Taillor
       for himself his ex.rs and adm.rs doth Covenant Promise grant and agree to &
       with the said John Taillor his heires ex.rs adm.rs & assignes & to and with
       every of them by these presents that he the sid Thomas Taillor shall and
       will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the reasonable
       request to him made and at the Costs and Charges of him the said Jn.o
       Taillor his heires ex.rs adm.rs or assignes make do execute Levy acknowledge
       and suffer or Cause or procure to be made done executed Levyed acknowledged
       and suffered all and every such further and other Lawfull and
       reasonable act and acts thing and things Conveyances or assuerances in the
       Law whatsoever for the further better and More perfect assureing setling &
       Conveying bargaining and selling of all and singular the said Premises
       Negroes stock household goods Implements and things and every
       part thereof to him the said John Tailor his heires ex.rs adm.rs and
       assignes for ever so as for the doeing thereof the person or persons
       that shall be required so to doe be not Compelled or Compelable to
       travell further than the Citty of London and Westminster or one
       of them In wittness whereof the said Parties to these presents
       have Interchangably set their hands & seales the day and year
       first above written
