9 every the houshold stuff & personall Estate of what ^nature or^ kind soever or in whose hands or possession soever the same be is or may be found to the said Thomas Billingsley belonging or appertaining (Except and out of this grant allways reserved unto the said Thomas Billingsley his Ex.rs and adm.rs one negro man slave Called Charles and one negro woman slave called Cash and all Debts to the said Thomas Billingsley now due and owing or to become due and owing Togeather also w.th all other Lands Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever w.ch the said Thomas Billingsley now hath or Can Claim any right or title unto within the province of Maryland or else were And also all houses outhouses trees woods underwoods ways waters water Courses orchards gardens proffitts comodities advantages emoluments hereditaments emoluments hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Lands Tenements goods and Chattells belonging or in any wise appertaining and the revercon and revercons rents issues and proffitts of all and singuler the said premises & every part & pcell thereof To have and to hold the same Lands Tenements Goods & Chattells slaves Cattle horses hoggs sheep boate houshould stuff & all other the before bargained p.rmises and every part & pcell thereof unto the said George Parker his heires & assignes for ever the only proper use benefitt arid behoofe of the said George Parker his heires & assigens forevermore Provided allways and it is the true intent and meaning of these presents and of the parties thereunto That if the said Thomas Billingsley his heires executors or adm.rs doe and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said George Parker his executors adm.rs or assignes the sume of two hundred sixty seven pounds sterl money w.th Legall Interest for the same after the Rate of six pounds P Cent P Annum at or upon the Last day of August now next Comeing without any fraud or delay that then & from thence fourth this present indenture and every article Clause and thing herein contained shall cease detirmine and be Utterly Void and of no Effect anything in these presents contained to the Contrary in any wise notwithstanding And the said Thomas Billingsley doth by these presents for himself his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs and for ever of them covenant promise and grant to and w.th the said George Parker his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs that he the said Thomas Billingsley his heires ex.rs or adm.rs shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said George Parker his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the said sume of two hundred sixty seven pounds ster mony with Lawfull Interest for the same at or upon the day and time herein before appointed for paym.t thereof without any fraud or collusion whatsoever And also that he the said Thomas Billingsley and his heires ex.rs and adm.rs the lands Tenements Negroes goods and Chattells afd w.th the appurtenances & every part and percell thereof unto the said George Parker and his heires and assignes against him the said Thomas Billingsley and his heires and all & every other pson and psons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claime in by from or under him shall and will for ever hereafter warrant and by these psents defend And further that he the said Thomas Billingsley at the time of the right^full^y seized in his own right of and in all and singuler the said Lands Tenements Negroes goods and Chattells and also all other the premises with their and every of their appurtenances soe as He may lawfully (grant) |
