       such estate right title and Dowery as W.m Lock of Ann arundle County
       Chyrurgeon and Mary his now wife the Relict of Seth Biggs Esq.r deced now
       hath or ought to have or may or Can Claim of into and out of the said
       Land Called Biggs Purchase And alsoe all such right and title as Anthony
       De Masters and Martin Depost or either of them may or Can Claim or ought to
       have of in and unto one hundred acres of Land part of the said Tract of Land
       Called Batchellors good Luck) To have and to hold the said
       two tracts of Land ^and^ p.rmises with thappurtenances except before
       excepted unto the said John Hodges his executors administ.rs
       and Assignes from the day of the Date hereof for and
       During and unto the full end and Terme of two thousand years
       from thence next ensueing and fully to be Compleat and Ended
       Yeilding and paying therefore yearly and every year unto
       the said William Holland his heires and assignes the yearly
       Rent of one graine of Indian Corne att or upon the five and Twentyeth
       Day of December if the same shall be Demanded Provided
       alwages and itt is the true intent and Meaning of these presents
       and of the parties hereunto That if the said W.m Holland
       his heirs Ex.rs Administers do and shall well and Truly pay or
       Cause to be paid unto the said John Hodges his executors
       administrators or assignes the full and Just sume of
       five hundred pounds sterling Currant mony of great Brittaine
       by Good and sufficient bulls of Exchange to be drawn upon some responsible
       Merchant in the kingdom of Great Brittain and payable at sixty days sight to
       the said John Hodges or his Order in such manner and form and at such days &
       times as herein after is Limmitted and appointed for payment thereof (that is
       to say) Bills of Exchange in Manner afd for one hundred and fifty pounds part
       thereof to be delivered to the said John Hodges or his attorney or agent in
       Maryland at or upon the Twenty fifth day of May now next ensueing Bills of
       Exchange in Manner afd to be made and delivered to the said John Hodges or
       his attorney or agent as afd for one hundred and fifty pounds more thereof at
       or upon the five and Twentyeth day of May which shall be in y.e
       Year of our Lord God One thousand seven hundred & thirteen Bills of Exchange
       in Manner afd for one hundred pounds more thereof to be Delivered as
