69 x.d This Indenture made the seventh Day of July in the tenth year of the Reigne of our sovereigne Lady Anne by the grace of got of great Brittaine France and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith &c.a Annq Domi 1711 Between John Easterling of Cal.vt County in y.e province of Maryland Victualer and Heneritta his wife of y.e one pte and Preragrine Browne of y.e Citty of London Merch.t of the other parte Witnesseth that y.e said John Easterling and Heneritta his wife for and in Cons.rn of the sume of Seventy Eight pound seven shil and seven pence sterl mony to him the said John Easterling in hand paid by the said Preragrine Browne att or before Then sealing & Delevery of these psents The Recept whereof he the said John Easterling Doth hereby accknowledge and Thereof and Therefrom acquit exonate and Discharge the said Preragrine Browne his ex.rs and adm.rs and every of Them by These Psents and for diuse other good Cases & Con.ran.s them the said John Easterling and Heneritta his wife Thereunto moving Have granted bargined sold aliened enfeoffed Released & Confirmed & By These Psents Do grant bargin sell alien enfeoffe Release and Confirme unto the said Preragrine Browne Att that the one Moyety or half pte of all y.t Tract or pcelle of Land scittant Lying & being in Baltimore County Called Broomes Bloom origenall Taken up and pattined by John Broome father of y.e said Heneritta and by him given and Bequeathed to Her & Her Heires for ever Begining at a bounded Chesnut being a bounded (tree) |
