       or in the hands possession or Custody of any person or persons
       whatsoever within the provinces of Maryland afd Be the same
       arising by judgment bond bill book Debt specialtie accompt
       Covenant Contract promise will Legacy bequest Consignem.t
       of any Cargoe or Cargoes of goods or their proceed or otherwise
       howsoever Nothing Excepted nor Reserved together with all Costs
       Damages and Interests Likewise to settle adjust and ballance
       accounts compound conclude and agree all Differences by
       arbitration or otherwise if and as occasion shall Require
       and if Need be to appeare for the said Constituents every or any
       of them in all or any Court or Courts and before all or any
       Lords Gover.rs Judges and Justices there to Defend answer and
       Reply to all Matters and Causes touching the premisses and
       to sue pursue Impleade seize sequester attach arrest prosecute
       Imprison and to Condemne and out of prison againe to Deliver
       and upon every Receipt Composcon or agreement to Make
       pass and execute for and in the Name or Names of the said
       Constituents such Acquittances Releases Discharges and other Acts
       and Instruments as by Law are Required with power to
       make and appoint one or more attorneys with like or Limitted
       power under their said attorneys or either of them and to Remoke
       the substitutes and generally in and touching the premisses and
       the Dependances thereof to Doe Lay Out and Accomplish
       all and whatsoever the said Constituents themselves every or any
       of them might or could Doe personally they and every of them
       hereby promising to Ratifie Confirme and allow of for as good
       and vallid for ever all and whatsoever their said attorneys or
       either of them or the substitute or substitutes of them or either of
       them shall lawfully Doe or Cause to be Done in and aboute
       the premises by virtue hereof In Wittness whereof the said
       Constituents have hereunto sett their hands and seales Thus
       Done and passed in London aforesaid in the presence of the wittnesses hereunto subscribed
