       With like Interest for the same at or upon the first Day of June which shall
       be in the year of our Lord God one thousand seaven hundred and
       thirteen that then this Deed and all Clauses and Covenants therein
       Contained to be Utterly void and of noe effect otherwise to stand
       in full force and virtue In Wittness whereof the said William
       Taylard hath hereunto sett his hand and seale the Day and year
       first above Written
       Sealed and Delivered In the presence of us         W Taylard   (seale)
       Wornell Hunt   Nich.o Jacob
                                                                On the back of the foregoeing Deed
                                                             was thus endorst viz.t

       Mem.d   This Twentyeth Day of July Anno Dm 1711 Came before
       me Philemon Lloyd Esq.r one of her Maj.ties Justices of the prov.ll
       Court William Taylard within Named together with Audry his wife
       and the said Audry being privately examined according to Law the both
       acknowledged the within Menconed land and premisses to be the
       Right of the within named Charles Carroll as within exprest and
       according to Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided
                                        Taken and acknowledged the Day and year afores.d

x.d  This Indenture Made the Twenty fifth Day
                   of June one thousand seaven hundred and
                eleven   Between Thomas Preston Jun.r of
             Baltemore County plant.r of the one parte and Charles
       Carroll of Anne Arundle County Esq.r of the other parte Wittnesseth
       that the said Thomas Preston for and in Consideration of the sume
       of Twenty three pounds ster to him in hand paid before the Ensealing
       and Delivery hereof by the said Charles the receipt whereof he Doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and of ever parte and parcell
       thereof Doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Exonerate Acquit and
       Discharge the said Charles Hath as by these presents he Doth
       Give Grant bargaine sell alien enfeoffe and confirme unto him the
       said Charles his heires execut.rs adm.rs and assignes Ninty Acres of Land
       being parte of a Tract of Land Called the Chance Originall laid
       out for Thomas Preston father to the said Thomas as alsoe
