       With the said Joshua and his heires that he the said John and his heires shall
       and will hereafter at any time or times within seaven yeares on reasonable
       request Make Doe acknowledge all such further and other assureance of
       the premises to the said Joshua his heires and assignes such as shall be
       needfull and requisite in the Law for the further and better Conveying
       and assureance of the premises to the said Joshua his heires and assignes
       according to the true intent and meaning of these presents In wittness
       whereof the said Jn.o Cole hath hereunto put his hand and seale the Day and
       year first above Written

                                                       On the back of the foregoeing Deed was

       named Joshua Cissell his heires ex.rs adm.rs and assignes for ever before us

       And at the same time Came Johanna wife of the above named John
       Cole who being secretly examined without the hearing of her said
       husband and that she freely consented to the sale of the within Land
       and premisses and acknowledged all her Right of Dower thereinto

       Dorches.tr County Maryner of the one part and John Brice
       of Ann Arundell County Merch.ts of the other parte Wittnesseth
       that the said George Sleciom for and in Consideration of the sume
       of Twenty pounds ster money to me in hand Well and Truely paid
       by the afd John brice before the ensealeing and Delivery hereof
       the Receipt of which I hereby acknowledge and of and from
