          ex.rs adm.rs or assignes on or before the Expiration of three Yeares from
       the date of three Yeares from the date of these Presents the full sume
       of thirty pounds sterling money in London w.th Lawfull Interest from
       the date hereof and all Charges of Conveying Reconveying alienacon
       drawing the deeds and recording &c.a then the aboves.d Land and premises
       to Revert and Remaine to the said James Richardson his heires and
       assignes and this present Indenture ordred to be Void to Cease and be of
       none effect to all Intents and purposes In Wittness whereof the
       parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands & affixt their seales
       the day & year first above written

       partie Wittnesseth That the said Philemon Lloyd for and
