       presents of and from all manner of persons whatsoever claiming or pretending
       to have or claime any Right Title or Interest thereto by from or under the said
       Samuel Chew his heirs or assignes  And Lastly the said Samuel Chew doth for
       himself his heirs executors and administrators Covenant Promise grant and
       agree to and with the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes that he the said
       Samuel Chew his heirs executors and administrators shall and will from time to
       time and att all times hereafter at the reasonable Requests Costs and Charges
       in the Law of the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs or assignes Make doe and Execute
       such further and other Lawfull and Absolute Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances
       Assureance or Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further more perfect
       assureing surety and sure makeing and conveying the aforesaid Land and
       premisses with the appurtenances to him the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and
       assignes forever as aforesaid and according to the True Intent and
       meaning of these presents as by his or their Councill Learned in the Law
       shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required  In Wittness whereof
       the partyes first above Named to these presents have interchangeably sett
       their hands and seales the Day and year first above Written
signed sealed and delivered

       Then Came before me W.m Holland Chief Justice of the Prov.ll Court the above
       Named Samuel Chew and acknowledged the above instrument as his Act and
       Deed and the Land and premisses above mentioned to the above named
       Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes forever according to the True Intent and
       Meaning of the above deed and the Act of Assembly in that case made and provided
