       of the aforesaid Tract of Land only Excepted) which said two hundred acres was
       given unto of Charles Pairpoint and his heirs by the Above Named Sam.l Chew
       And This Indenture further Wittnesseth that the said Samuel Chew for
       the considerations above mentioned hath and hereby doth give grant alien assign
       sell and convey all the aforesaid one thousand twenty four acres of Land in
       full manner and forme as aforesaid to Have and to hold the said Tract of
       or parcell of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said
       Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes forever to the only proper use and behoofe of
       him the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes forever more and to no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Samuel Chew for himself his
       heirs executors and administrators doth hereby covenant grant and agree to and
       with the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes that he the said Samuel Chew
       at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery hereof hath in himself good Right full
       power and Lawfull Authority to give grant bargain sell enfeoff and confirm
       the aforesaid Land and premisses to the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes
       forever in manner and forme as aforesaid  And the said Land and premisses
       at the time of ensealing and delivery hereof is free and clear of and from all and
       every former and other Gifts Grants bargains Sales Mortgages and all other incumbrances
       whatsoever and that this present grant and sale of the said Land and
       premisses to him the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes forever he the
       said Samuel Chew his heirs executors or administrators shall and will warrant
       and forever Defend by these presents of and from all manner of persons
       whatsoever claiming or pretending to have or claime any Right title or
       Interest thereto by from or under the said Samuel Chew his heirs or assignes
       And Lastly the said Samuel Chew ^doth for himself^ his heirs executors and administrators
       covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs
       and assignes that he the said Samuel Chew his heirs executors and
       administrators shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter
       at the reasonable Request Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Caleb
       Dorsey his heirs or assignes make Doe and Execute such further or other
       Lawfull and absolute Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances Assureance
       or Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further better More
       Perfect Assureing surety and sure making and conveying the aforesaid
       Land and premisses with the appurtenances to him the said Caleb
