x.d  This Indenture Made this Twenty Sixth Day of June Annoq Domini
       one thousand seven hundred and eighteen between Samuel Chew of the County of
       Ann Arundell in the Province of Maryland Gent of the one part and Caleb Dorsey
       of the same County and Province Gent of the other part Wittnesseth that the
       said Samuel Chew for and in consideration of the sume of Two hundred pounds
       sterling Lawfull Money of England to him in hand paid att and before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
       and forever therefrom acquit and discharge the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs executors
       and administrators by these presents have given Granted bargained Sold Enfeoffed
       and Confirmed by these presents doth give grant bargain sell Enfeoffe and Confirm
       unto the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assignes for ever all that Tract or
       parcell of Land Granted to the said Samuel Chew the Tenth day of November
       Anno Domini One Thousand six hundred and Ninety five and called Chews
       Vineyard and Lyeing at Elk Ridge formerly in Ann Arundell County but now in
       Baltemore County beginning att a bounded oak of Edward Talbotts and Running
       North West and by West three hundred fifty two perches then south thirty five
       Degrees West three hundred and thirty perches to a bounded Hiccory being
       a bounded Tree of a parcell of Land called Chews Resolution Manner and
       running with the said Land South and by West one hundred seventy Eight
       Perches to a bounded White Oak then South South East forty four perches to
       a bounded White Oak Then South West sixteen perches then South East and by
       South sixty seven perches to a bounded red oak it being a bounded Tree of John Dorseys
       and Adam Shiplys then Running With the said Dorsey North East and by East two
       hundred and Twenty Perches then south twenty five Degrees East one hundred
       Twenty five perches to a bounded oak of Edward Talbotts then by a streight line
       to the first bounded tree containing and now laid out for one thousand twenty
       four Acres of Land more or less together with all houses out Houses woods and
       Underwoods Pastures Orchards Gardens Easements profitts Comodities and
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining as the
       same was by the Lord Propry of this Province Granted as aforesaid under
       the broad seal of the said Province of Maryland to the aforesaid Samuel
       Chew as by the aforesaid date more fully Doth Appear (two hundred Acres
