       acknowledges y.e within deed & the Land & premisses therein mentioned
       to be the right & Estate of the within mentioned Samuell Harrison his
       heirs & assignes forever               Taken & acknowledged in Open Court

x.d  This Indenture made the ninth day of September Anno Dom 1715
       And in the second year of the reign of our soveraigne Lord George by the Grace
       of God of Great Brittain France & Ireland King defender of the faith
       &c.a Between Thomas Lockwood of Abberford in the County of York
       Wheelwright onely sonn and heir of Thomas Lockwood deceased Brother of
       Robert Lockwood late of Ann Arundell County in the province of Maryland
       Planter Deceased and Daniel Muretell of Leeds in the said County of York
       Gentleman of the one part and Samuell Harrison of the said Province of Maryland
       Planter of other part Wittnesseth that for & in consideration of the sume of two
       hundred & fifteen pounds of Lawfull mony of Great Brittaine to the said
       Daniel Muretell in hand paid by the said Samuell Harrison att & before the
       ensealing & delivery of these presents the several receipts and of five shillings
       of like Lawfull Money to the said Thomas Lockwood party to these presents in
       hand likewise paid by the said Samuell Harrison att & before the ensealing
       & delivery of these presents the severall receipts of which said severall
       sums of money they the said Daniel Muretell & Thomas Lockwood party
       to these presents do hereby respectively acknowledge and thereof and of
