       & Daniell Muretell or either of them scituate lying & being on the said
       Westerne Shore or elsewhere in the said Province of Maryland which were
       given or devised by the last will & testament of the said Robert Lockwood to
       the sonns of the said Thomas Lockwood deced & their heirs forever or which
       the said Thomas Lockwood party to these presents & Daniel Muretell
       or either of them cann may or ought to have or claime by or under the will of
       the said Rob.t Lockwood deced or otherwise howsoever Together with all
       and singular Lands Grounds Edifices Buildings Woods Easements
       priviledges advantages & appurtenances whatsoever to the said plantation
       or plantations Estates & premisses before hereby demised or intended to be
       demised belonging or in anywise appurtaining & the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder & Remainders rents issues & profitts of all singular
       the said premisses & of every part & parcell thereof  To have and to
       Hold the said Lands Estates plantation or plantations and all & singular
       other the premisses & of every with the appurtenances before hereby demised
       or mentioned to be demised & every part & parcell thereof unto the said Samuel
       Harrison his executors administrators & assignes from the Day next before
       the Day of the date of these presents for & dureing & unto the full end & terme
       of one whole year from the next ensuing & fully to be Compleated & ended
       To the intent the said Samuel Harrison may by force & Vertue of these
       presents & of the statute made for transferring of uses into possession be
       in the actuall possession of all the said severall Lands Estates plantations
       or plantations and all & singular other the premisses with the appurtenances
       And may be thereby enabled to take a grant & release of the revertion &
       Inheritance of all the said Lands Estate plantation or plantations and all
       & singular other the premisses with the appurtenances to him and his
       heirs to the use of him the said Samuel Harrison his heirs & assignes forever
       In Witness whereof the parties first above named to these present
       Indentures have interchangably set their hands & seals the day & year first above
