       of God of Great Brittaine France & Ireland Queen Defender of
       the faith &c.a att the Instance of M.r John Pemberton of Liverpoole
       in the county of Lancaster Merchant I Ralph Peters Notary and
       Tabellion Publick by Royall Authority admitted and sworn Dwelling
       in Liverpoole aforesaid Did repair unto the above named M.r Andrew
