490) Assureing of the said peace of Land and all other the Premises by these presents granted unto the said Charles Carroll his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or Assignes Dureing the said Terme of nine hundred Ninty and nine Years as by the said Charles Carroll his heirs Ex.rs or Assignes or by his or their Councell Learned in Law shall be Devised Advised or Required and it is agreed by and between the said parties to these psents That it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Elisha Sedwick his heirs and Assignes to receive and take all the Rents Issues & profitts of the premisses untill Default shall be made in payment of the said sume of thirty six pounds sterl mony & interest as af.d without any Lett Suite Trouble Deniall or Interuption of the said Charles Carroll his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes In Wittness whereof the said Elisha Sedwick hath hereunto sett his hand and seale the day and year first above written Elisha Sedwick (seale) On the back of the aforegoing conveyance was thus indorst (Viz.t) Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us E Boteler Henry Cox James Heighe When Ever y.e within mony comes to be paid I Doe hereby promise to Discount thereout y.e sume of one pound twelve shill Charles Carroll Memorandum That on the 22.d day of January seventeen hundred and seventeen came before us under written two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Calvert County y.e within named Elisha Sedwick and Grace his wife and Acknowledged the within deed in Due forme of Law In testemony whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names y.e day & year above written &.t Annoq Dom Henry Cox James Heighe |
