488 before the Ensealing and Delivery of there psents whereof he doth hereby acknowledge the receipt & thereof and of every part thereof Doth acquitt Discharge and exhonorate the said Charles Carroll his Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them forever by these presents Doth Grant bargaine and sell unto the said Charles Carroll all that Lott or peice of Land Being and Lying in Marlebrough Towne in Calvert County nomeber with all y.e houses edifices buildings yards Gardens & all other y.e pmises thereunto belonging w.th one horse one maire and her increase one cow & calfe and their increase two feather Beds and finuture two flock beds one Chest of Drawers one Large Iron pott one smaller Iron pott three pewter Dishes and eleven plates and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof with the Appurtenances And also all the Estate Right Title & Interest Property Possession Claime & Demand whatsoever of him the said Elisha Sedwick of in & to the said Bargained P.rmisses and of in & to Every Part & parcell thereof with the appurtenances And also all Deeds Evidences & writings that concern the same pmisses or any part thereof To have & To hold the said Land and all and singular other the premises with their Appurtenances unto the said Charles Carroll his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs and Assignes from the day before the date of these psents unto the full End and Terme of nine hundred ninty & nine years from thence next Ensueing and fully to be Compleated and Ended without Impeachm.t of or for any maner of waste Yielding & paying ^therefore yearly^ the rent of one peper corne on the twenty fifth day of December If the same shall be Lawfully Demanded and no more provided always and upon condition Nevertheless That if the said Elisha (Sedwick) |
