       Richard Freeborne at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       presents in and standeth Lawfully seized of and in the aforemenconed to be
       bargained Land and premisses and every part thereof with the appurtences
       of and in a good sure Absolute and Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in Fee
       Simple without any Condicon Limitacon Mortgage or use to Alter Change
       Cease Determine or make void the same and that the same Richard
       Freeborne now is the true Lawfull and rightfull owner of the said hereby
       intended to be Bargained premisses with the Appurtenances and every
       part thereof and soe hath full power and Absolute Authority to Grant and
       Covenant the same and every part thereof unto the said Charles Howard his
       heirs and assignes for ever according to the true intent and Meaning of
       these presents  And the said Richard Freeborne Doth hereby for himself
       his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs further covenant promise grant and agree
       to and with the said Charles Howard his heirs and assignes that he the said
       Richard Freeborne and his heirs the aforemenconed to be bargained Land
       and premises with the appurtences and every part and percell thereof
       freely and clearly Exonerated and Discharged of and from all manner
       of Incumbrances w.tsoever (the quit rent hereafter to Grow Due thereon
       only Excepted) to him the said Charles Howard his heirs and assignes
       from and Ag.t all manner of persons w.tsoever Lawfully Claiming or
       to Claime any righte title or intrest therein or thereto shall and will
       warr.t and for ever hereafter Defend  And further that he the said
       Richard Freeborne and his heirs shall & will at any time hereafter at
       y.e Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said Charles Howard his heirs or
       assignes make doe Acknowledge suffer and execute all and every such
       further and other reasonable act or acts thing or things Divisses or
       Conveyances in the Law w.tsoever as by the s.d Charles Howard his heirs or
       assignes or his or their Councill Learned in y.e Law shall be reasonably
       advised or required for the further and Better assurance and suremakeing
       of all & singular the premisses unto him the s.d Cha.s Howard his heirs and
       assignes according to the true intent & Meaning of these presents In
       Wittness whereof the parties to these psents have hereunto
       interchangably sett their hands and seales the day and year first

       On the back of the aforegoing conveyance is thus indorst (Viz.t)
