448) Carroll his heirs and assignes for ever All that tract of Lyeing in Kent County afd called the Exchange Begining at a bounded hiccory standing near the head of Morgans Creek branch and runing thence North West two hundred per then North East eighty p.s to a tract of Land called the Unity then South East two hundred per their south West eighty p.s to the hiccory containing one hundred acres more or less as also a Negro woman named Doll aged about twenty seven years with her future increase togeather with all Edifices Buildings yards Gardens pastures Timber and Timber Trees woods underwoods and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land belonging or appertaining with the Reversions and remainders rents Issue and profitts whatsoever and all Deeds Writeings Escripts and Miniments touching and concerning the s.d parcell of Land and premisses or any p.t thereof To have and to hold the said Tract of Land Negro woman and premisses (with her future increase) and premisses to the only proper use and behoof of the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes for ever and to & for none other use intent and purpose whatsoever and the said Vivian for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes that the afd tract of Land Negro woman and premisses hereby Granted to the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes and to and for his and their own proper use and behoof from & ag.t him the said Vivian his heirs and assignes and from and ag.t all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warr.t and for ever hereafter defend by these presents And the said Vivian for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doth also covenant grant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes that he the said Vivian hath in himself full power and Lawfull Authority to Give Grant Bargaine Sell Enfeoffe release Alien and Confirme the afd tract of Land Negro woman and premisses with the appurtenances to the said Charles his heirs and assignes for ever as afd And that he the s.d Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes shall and may (peacably) |
