       whatsoever And from henceforth It shall and May be
       Lawfull Too and for the said John Orrick his heires and
       assignes To Have and To Hold occupie possess
       and injoy all and singular the aforesaid premisses and all
       the appertenances thereunto belonging or any ways
       appertaining without any Lett suite Trouble or Deniall
       of him the said George Norman his heires ex.rs or assignes
       or without the Molestacon Interruption Ejection or
       Ejectment of any person or persons whatsoever Lawfully
       Claiming or to Claime any Estate Right title or Interest
       from by or under me my heires ex.rs or assignes or any
       other person or persons whatsoever But to Continue from
       this time forward to Be the proper Right of the aforesaid
       Orrick his heires and assignes for ever promiseing to Defend
       the same from all Manner of persons whatsoever and
       to prove the Righte to belong to him the said Orrick
       and his heires for ever In Wittness whereof I have
       fixed my hand and seale the Day and year above
       Menconed                                             his
       Signd sealed and Delivered         George + Norman  (seale)
       in the presence of
          Jn.o Ingram                        under Neath the foregoeing
          Christopher Granger         Deed was thus Written viz.t


       Memorand.m   That this above Written Indenture with
       the Land and premises therein Menconed was before me
       the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall
       this fifteenth day of Aprill Anno Domini 1717 acknowledged
       by the above named George Norman to be the Right
       of the above Menconed John Orrick his heires ex.rs and
       assignes for ever according to the forme force effect true
       Intent and Meaning of the same Indenture In Testimony
       whereof I have subscribed my name the Day and year
       above Written                              Richard Tilghman
    Recorded July y.e 9.th 1717


          On the back of a certaine Deed Between Charles
       Rivers and Anne his wife of the one parte and Charles
       Carroll of the other parte Dated the 28.th Day of May
       1711 and Recorded in the book in folio 46 was thus
       Written viz.t

       Know all men by the presents that the subscribed
