434) Wittnesseth That the said George Norman for and in consideration of the full sume of sixty pounds ster and seven hundred pounds of Tobacco to him in hand allready paid and Delivered by him the said John Orrick before the Ensealing and Delivery hereof Wherewith the said George Norman Doth acknowledge himselfe to be fully satisfied contented and paid and Doth for every part and parcell thereof acquitt and Discharge the said John Orrick his heires ex.rs adm.rs and assignes and by these presents hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed And by these presents Doth fully and clearly and absolutely Grant bargaine sell aliene enfeoff and confirme to the said John Orrick his heires and assignes all that parcell of Land Known by the name of Morelys Choyce Lying in the County of Baltemore But pattend in the county of Ann arrundle on the south side of patapscoe River and on the West side of Curtises Creeke Begining at a bounded Oake and runing West south West one hundred and fifty perches to a bounded hicory then North North West three hundred and Twenty perches to a bounded Red Oake Then East North East one hundred and fifty perches Then south south east to the first tree containing and laid out for three hundred Acres of Land More or less together with all profitts Comodities and Advantages thereunto belonging or appertaining or heretofore used occupied or enjoyed To Have and To Hold all and singular the afd Tract of Land and every parte and parcell thereof unto the afd John Orrick his heires ex.rs adm.rs and assignes for ever to the proper use benifitt and behoof of him the said John Orrick his heires and assignes for ever More freed Acquited and Discharged and from time to time and att all times hereafter saved Defended Kept harmless and endemnified by the said George Norman their heires ex.rs adm.rs or assignes of and from all manner of former and other bargaines Grants sales Leases forfeitures Releases surrenders joynturs Dowers statutes judgments and executions and of and from all other Titles troubles and Incumbrances (whatsoever) |
