       easterly course or Line being the fifth Line and
       sixth boundary of the whole tract from thence to the
       end and Determination of the North twenty six
       Degrees easterly course or Line being the thirteenth
       Line and fourteenth boundary of the same tract which
       shall for ever hereafter conclude is our heirs and assignes forever
       Viz.t to Richard Snowden his heirs and assignes the Northern
       part or portion of the said Land And to John Welsh his heirs &
       assignes the southern part or portion of the same and We
       hereby oblige and bind our selves our heirs ex.rs and adm.rs sev.rly
       and reciprocally unto each other in the penall sum of one
       thousand pounds Sterl to stand and abide by this psent Divison
       and partition and that y.e same shall Conclude and Determine
       us and our heirs &c.t as afd as fully finnally and effectually
       as any partition that could any wayes or means soever be
       made thereof In Wittness whereof We have hereunto sett
       our hands and affixed our seales the fourteenth day of Aprill
       Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and seventeen
