422) other pieces of silver as alsoe eight steers of five years old eight other four year eight More three year and likewise eight of two year old eight yearlings cutt twenty cows twenty of two and three year old heffers twenty cow yearlings one hundred sheep and Weathers twenty horses and Mares and one hundred hoggs not under one year and a halfe old And the said Alexander for him selfe his heires ex.rs and adm.rs Doth Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with him the said Charles his ex.rs adm.rs and assignes that in Case of Death sickness maimeing or other accident of the bargained premises the same or soe many of them he shall and will Make good by slaves cattle horses Mares sheep and hoggs of the same Kind and Worth in all respects Dureing the time they are left in his Custody In Wittness whereof the said Alexander hath hereunto interchangeably sett his hand and affixed his seale the day and year first above Written Alexand.r Parran (seale) On the back of the foregoeing Deed was thus endorst viz.t Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Dan.ll Carroll Charles Adams Memorandum That the within named Charles Carroll Doth hereby promise Grant and Agree to and with the within named Alexander Parran that he the said Charles shall not expect that the said Alexander according to the covenants within menconed shall be obledged to Warrant the title of the tract of Land within Menconed Orriginally laid out for Job Nutt and Lyeing in Talbot County and expressing to containe one thousand acres the same as he really believes being Defective as Wittness his hand this twenty third day of March one thousand seven hundred and sixteen Char.les Carroll Signed and Delivered in the presence of us Dan.ll Carroll Char.les Adams (May) |
