421 Means whatsoever as by the said Charles his heires or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required And that the said further and other assureance hereafter to be Made of the afd tracts parte of Tracts and parcells of Land and premisses by and between any of the parties above Menconed or included by these presents shall be and enure and shall be construed Deemed and Adjudged to be and enure the only proper use benefitt advantage and behoofe of the said Charles his heires and assignes for ever and to noe other use intent and purpose whatsoever And the Negroe slaves silver plate cattle horses sheep and hoggs hereby sold Transferred and Made Over by the said Alexander Parran to the said Charles Carroll which the said Alexander Doth Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles to be clear and free of and from all Manner of former Bargaines sales Morgages Contracts settlem.ts or incumbrances whatsoever and which he the said Alexander Doth by these presents dully clearly and absolutely sell Transfer and relinquish to the said Charles with their Increase are as followes (viz.t) Jack thirty six years old London twenty years old Sam thirty five years old Corkgne thirty years old Robin fourteen years old Colby thirty six years old Sambo thirty years old new Robin fifteen years old Monday thirteen years old Songo fourteen years old Tony fourteen years old John seven years old Hercules eight years old Carter six years old Bess forty years old Nell Twenty two years old Jurah thirty years old Dido Nine years old Charity six years old Pegy thirty five years old Hannah eight years old Tany six years old Rosee Twelve years old and Nanny Twenty eight years old three hundred (or there abouts) ounces of silver plate consisting in Tankards Cupps spoons salts and (other) |
