       the said Charles his heires and assignes for ever as
       aforesaid  And that he the said Charles his heires
       and assignes shall and may peaceably and quietly
       from hence forth and for ever hereafter have hold
       use occupy possess and enjoy the afd Tracts parts
       of Tracts and parcells of Lands and premisses
       with the appurtenances without any Lett suite
       trouble Disturbance or Interruption of him the said
       Alexander or any other person or persons whatsoever
       And that the said Tracts parts of Tracts and
       parcells of Lands and premisses hereby Granted to the
       said Charles his heires and assignes shall from henceforth
       and for ever hereafter be and Remaine free and clear
       or otherwise freely and cleerly acquitted and saved
       harmless from all Manner of former and other bargaines
       sales Gifts Grants Leases Dowers Joyntures Issues
       Rents and all Incumbrances whatsoever have Made
       Comitted or Done by the said Alexander or any other
       person or persons whatsoever (the Rents and services from
       henceforth growing Due and payable to the Chiefe Lord
       or Lords of the fee or fees only excepted and foreprised
       An further the said Alexander his heires and assignes
       shall and will at all times for ever hereafter at the
       Reasonable request and at the proper cost and charges
       in the Law of him the said Charles his heires
       and assignes Make Doe acknowledge execute and
       suffer or cause to be Made and Done acknowledged
       executed and suffered all and every such further and
       other Reasonable Act and Acts thing and things
       Devicee and Devicees conveyance and conveyances
       requisite in the Law for the further better and More  
       perfect secureing and Makeing over the afd Tracts
       parts of Tracts and parcells of Land and premisses
       with the appurtenances to the said Charles his heires
       and assignes for ever Bee it by fine or fines Deed
       or Deeds Indented and Inrolled the Inrollment of this
       present Feofment or by any other Lawfull ways or
